Brain health knowledge is important.  Studies show there is a lot of lack of awareness about brain health basics in the combat sprots community.  Data also shows that fighters with more brain health knowledge make better and safer decisions leading to better career outcomes.
This video introduces key concepts about concussion and CTE that every combatant should know before their first day on the mats.  The ‘white belt’ basics!
